7 Day – Easy Return Policy – We Give 100% Refund

When buying Sarees and Salwar Suits online, touch and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7 day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply courier us the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, in unused, original condition and we’ll refund the full amount paid for the product. Amount Refund takes maximum of 7 working days. We do not refund the return courier charges.

Refund Process:
If on delivery of the products you don’t like them, please follow the steps below to return and get the refund

  • Email / call us on the same / next day of delivery and inform that you want to return the products.
  • Email us on contact@navyastyles.com
  • OR Call us on +91-8447322256(Mon-Sat, between 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM IST)
  • Pack & Dispatch the products to our address
    Ensure to clearly mention your name, Order number, Contact details
  • Please ensure to pack the product(s) properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bag(s). Also, send the product through a good courier company like Bluedart, Aramex, First Flight etc. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition.

    Additional Information:

  • We suggest Designer sarees should be Dry Cleaned Only.
  • Please note: Photos displayed are of products only. Slight variation is possible due to photo resolution quality.
  • Steam Iron, fall and edging service for the Sarees are not done by us due to our 7 day return policy.
